A huge reason why people fail when creating their dream life is because their lack of a positive mindset.

I’ve always been amazed by the way my mind works, one minute I can think “things are great!” and a second after “no, they’re not, I’m doing something wrong.” If you feel the same way as I and many times you ask yourself “where are these feelings coming from?” and don’t find answer, DON’T WORRY. This happens to many people all the time.

Decided to start this journey as an entrepreneur lady, there are 5 things that helps me a lot to fight a negative mindset and I want to share them with you:

1.-Recognize them FACE TO FACE

Acknowledging your negative thoughts and transforming them into positive ones requires a conscious effort. To eliminate negative thoughts, you need to recognize them and actively replace them with a better mindset. This is similar to replacing former beliefs that don’t benefit you with the ones that empower you. If you are an entrepreneur, face every single thought immediately. this is going to help you tons and take you to the next level.

2.- Stop complaining, BE GRATEFUL

Complaining takes a lot of energy away from you, being negative about every situation is not going to change anything and the only thing that is going to happened is that this pesimist bubble increases more and more in your mind. Instead, practice being more grateful, do a list every day for what are you grateful for and say it in the morning or at the end of your day- Make a recap for all the blessing that you already have!

3.- Listen to motivational audios

As an entrepreneur, I discovered all the benefits of starting your day listening to a good motivational audio: it help you take control of your day, start seeding happy thoughts and it elevates your energy at more harmonized levels. Just try it!

4.- Connect with yourself

Each day we have our schedule full by meetings and sometimes we even forget a 30 minutes break for ourselves. I strongly recommend to add to your daily entrepreneur schedule 30 minutes for self-care  to connect with what you enjoy, something like: exercising, reading a book , painting, dancing, talking with someone that you love. This will help you to increase your creativity 1000% percent and it’ll make a boost in your energy tank.

5.-Live your life, not theirs

In this entrepreneurial world I have learned that is so important to do not compare with anybody else: how they are growing, what they are doing, how big or small their steps are compare with yours… DON’T DO IT! When you do that, negative thoughts pumps in your mind. Avoid that and just stay focused on your personal performance.

You are only one positive thought away from your dream life.
